Agro biological evaluation of radish variety (Raphanus sativus L. var. radicula Pers.) of Kiev region

The article concerns the results of the radishes assortment studying in Kiev region. The formation of early harvest potatoes radishes and their commodity quality is considerably depending on the varietal characteristics. The crop varieties such as Crimson and Rhodes are distinguished by their early ripeness and seeding vigor of root forming with the shortest duration of phenological phase and vegetation periods period 21–24 days. The high commodity crop varieties yield, having been investigated ranged 18,2–29,1 t/ha. The high yield of marketable potatoes (97%) has been defined. The crop varieties Crimson and Rhodes have been defined by their high root yield, providing the root yield 29.10 and 25.22 t/ha with an average weight of roots 30 and 28 h, accordingly. The crop varieties such as White Breakfast, Crimson and Rhodes collected the first set 75-80% roots are marked by their seeding vigor of root forming.Downloads
